Chantilly National Golf & Country Club

Chantilly National Golf and Country Club is proud to be a member of the ClubCorp family. Established in 1959 on 214 rolling acres in western Fairfax County, it is one of northern Virginia's premier private country clubs. Laurel Hills Golf Club

Designer Bill Love, whose credits include the Iron Forge Course at Penn National and Hunting Hawk in Glenn Allen, Virginia, has created an impressive 18-hole course on land that formerly housed the D.C. Department of Corrections facility at Lorton. Paying homage to the early architects of American golf, Love's objective was to let the natural beauty of the property dictate the character of the course. By all accounts he has succeeded with the golf press already describing the course with accolades like "one-of-a-kind" and "visually stunning."

Old Hickory Golf Club

This course was built on rolling hills. If you want a flat lie, you will have to hit precision shots. The course is located in a very scenic area. The 5,705-yard men´s tee also has a ladies´ course rating of 73.5 and a slope of 130.

Penderbrook Golf Club

Penderbrook Golf Club is a picturesque 18-hole par 71championship golf course located within the highly regarded Penderbrook Community. The course is open to the public and boasts some of the most challenging holes in the metro area. Club selection is a must as five of the holes require a well placed shot over lakes and ponds. The course features tight rye fairways and large greens. In addition, water hazards and numerous mature trees can alter your shots. The terrain is rolling, so expect some interesting lies. This course was designed with the average to advanced golfer in mind.

Piedmont Golf Club

Pleasant Valley Golf Club

Pleasant Valley Golf Club is a must play in the Washington, DC area. Conveniently located in Chantilly, Virginia, just 25 miles west of our nation’s Capital, it is a beautiful, natural layout in a park-like setting - no homes bordering the golf course, just great golf holes. Opening to rave reviews in 1998, the golf course was designed by Tom Clark of Ault, Clark & Associates and features a pristine landscape of rolling hills, hardwood trees and native grass meadows.

Pohick Bay Golf Course

This scenic course, originally built in 1982, is located on the Mason Neck Peninsula in Lorton. Pohick Bay’s 18 holes run 6400 yards from the back tees, and feature bent grass from tee to green with a mix of poa annua. Add to that a 132 slope rating, rolling terrain throughout and several significant water hazards, and it quickly becomes clear that course management is the name of the game. The course’s signature holes are a great example. On hole 2, a par 3 that measures 168 yards from the back (157 from the whites), golfers are challenged to lift their shots high up and over a deep ravine that stretches from the tee box to just short of the green. On hole 18, players will find a par 5 that measures over 500 yards from the tips, in which a good tee shot puts you in position to navigate the slight dog leg left, down to the green.

Poolesville Golf Course

The course stretches over 380 picturesque acres in the lush Potomac Valley of Southwest Montgomery County. Drive less than an hour from the Capitol, or 35 minutes from Northern VA and Rockville, and you will find refuge from the hectic pace of Greater D.C. With two scenic lakes, and almost 7000 yards of championship golf, this course offers generous landing areas, and large rolling greens. Poolesville Golf Course also maintains world-class practice facilities, including a 2-acre short game practice area, and a range with both grass and artificial teeing areas.

Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club

Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt Club was built in 1996 and laid out by Gary Player Design, a firm headed by one of the golfing world's greatest players. From the beginning, they have become one of the most popular daily-fee courses in the Washington (D.C.) area as a fantastic experience for visitors to the area. Player used a links style in designing Raspberry Falls, an elegant way to make use of the dramatic rolling terrain, meandering streams and spectacular scenery. The course has elevated tee boxes and lush bent grass greens as well.

Playing a round here is an incredible way to experience the handiwork of Gary Player and to fully appreciate Virginia horse country. This extremely beautiful course stands on what was once a raspberry farm in a very fertile area of Virginia. As a result, you'll see raspberry bushes growing wild in the surrounding area. Once upon a time, fox hunts were held in the area of the course, and that tradition is reflected in their name as well.

South Riding Golf Club

Swan Point Golf & Country Club
